Pequitside Farm is a thirty-three acre
facility owned by the Town of Canton and managed by the Canton
Conservation Commission. The property is comprised of open lawns
and shaded meadows bordering a large Colonial Era Main House. The
first floor of the main house is available for function rentals.
Pequitside is well suited for a wide variety of formal and informal
functions such as bridal and baby showers, wedding receptions, business
meetings, school or family reunions, holiday parties and picnics.
Functions in the main house are limited
to 65 occupants. Larger events, such as weddings, are possible
outside.
Tents up to 40' by 60' can be located on the side lawn. The rental company may set up
a tent the day before your event and it must be removed the day after.
All buildings are handicapped accessible.

The serving of liquor is allowable
upon request. An Alcoholic Beverage Form must be submitted. A completed application and one half of the rental fee is required in order to secure a
reservation. The security deposit and the balance of the fee is
due one week before event.
