The architects for the current project are Richard Smith as project architect and Frank Adams as library planner. Ed Bourget is the project manager and Jennifer Miller is the director of interior design. The architectural firm for the project is Burt Hill Kosar Rittelman Associates.

Additional funding of almost $2.6 million comes from a grant administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. Canton is number four on a list of 41 cities and towns awaiting funding. Thanks to hundreds of donations the Canton Library has raised almost $400,000 in private and corporate donations.
