The Reference Department is open all hours the Library is open. We are available for reference questions, help with searching the OCLN catalog for books, ILL (Inter-Library Loan Requests), document delivery, Internet searching, and other researching requests. Information: Free for All Course:
This was a course given to seniors in the Canton Community from October 2000-September 2002. The course reached approximately 200 people including one-on-one tutorials given in the library. If you are a Canton resident and novice Internet User or just need some help with database searching or the catalog, please contact the Reference Desk to schedule a time for personal instruction.

Inter-Library Loan: Click if you would like more information on InterLibrary Loan and document delivery. You must have an active OCLN card in good standing to use this service.

Document Delivery: The Reference Desk can request articles from journals the OCLN network does not own through Document Delivery. We will fax the request to the Boston Public Library and you will receive a faxed copy available at either the Reference desk, your e-mail, or your Fax machine.
