The Town of Canton is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to create engineered site design, stormwater management, and utility plans that can be used for permitting and construction bid documents for the Town’s Earl Newhouse Waterfront property. The firm would also be asked to go through the site plan approval and permitting process with the Town using these plans and modifying them as necessary to gain approval through the Conservation Commission, Planning Board, and Zoning Board. Additionally, the consultant would be asked to provide a detailed cost estimate to construct the project. Finally, the consultant would be asked to develop bid documents and assist the Town in going out to bid in early spring 2020.
A copy of the Request for Proposal and related documents may be obtained from the Conservation Office by emailing Regen Milani at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A site visit and question and answer session will be held at the Earl Newhouse Waterfront (92 Pleasant Street, Canton conference room) at 10am on June 10th, 2019.
