As part of Phase II of Governor Baker’s reopening plan, restaurants are being allowed to open for outside dining.  Guidelines have been developed for creating outdoor dining areas to accommodate restaurants that don’t already have outdoor seating.  Below please find applications for the use of private property and public property as temporary dining areas.

If you are applying to use PRIVATE property as temporary outdoor dining please complete and return this application
