Pequit Brook Conservation Area is 23 acres of conservation land bordered to the northeast by the Neponset River to the southwest by Route 95 and traversed by Pequit Brook. It is adjacent to a long corridor of state owned protected land called the "Neponset River Reservation" which extends all the way into Milton. Part of the Fowl Meadow and Ponkapoag Bog Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) this property is mostly wetland and set aside as a nature preserve, with no public access or walking trails.
