Diabetes one-on-one Informational Session, 12/7/2023

Thursday, 12/7/2023 starting at 10:00 am at the Canton Senior Center. The Canton Health Department Public Health Nurses will hold a short informational session on Diabetes followed by one-one-one consults with the Public Health Nurses. Call the Senior Center at (781) 828-1323 to schedule your one on one consult with one of our Public Health Nurses. 

Blood Pressure clinics

Every Wednesday at the Senior Center, 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Blood sugar testing available upon request. 

Canton Memory Cafe

Monthly, third Thursday of every month at 1:30 pm at the Canton Senior Center. Memory Cafe provides a safe and supportive gathering place for friends with varying levels of memory loss to relax and enjoy conversation with their care partners and family over refreshments and entertainment. Narcan Training, available on request

Call the Health Department Nursing office at 781-821-2942 to schedule Narcan training. Lean how to spot an overdose and administer this life-saving medication. Available for individuals and groups.
